Return and exchange

At ANGELL, returns are quick and easy! Your convenience is very important to us, which is why we have prepared 3 return options, and you can choose the one that suits you best. Remember that you have 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the shipment to withdraw from the contract.

How to return a product?

1. Send your return by courier or post

Fill out the return/exchange form included with the shipment and send it to the address we provided: ANGELL, Ul. Franciszka Ratajczaka 45, 61-728 Poznań 696-696-658

2. InPost quick returns

2.1. Go to szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/ANGELL and fill out the form. You will receive an SMS with a parcel locker code, valid for 72 hours, to the phone number you provided (if you have the application, the code will be visible in the application). If the code expires, you can generate it again.

2.2 Go to any parcel locker. On the screen, select "Send parcel", then "I have a sending code or return code". Enter the code from the SMS you previously received.

2.3. Place the parcel in the locker, close the door, and that's it! You will receive a confirmation of sending via SMS. You can track your shipment on the InPost website.

2.4. When using the quick returns method, shipping costs of PLN 10 will be deducted from the refund we make.

Exchange:

If you wish to make an exchange, send the product back to us using the two methods above and order the item you are interested in.
