All personal data is collected and stored in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR") and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

What data do we process?

We process your personal data that you provide to us, in particular in the order form or contact form, or by subscribing to the newsletter or sending us an email. In addition, we also store your data regarding your behavior on: our website, our social media profiles, our accounts on third-party websites. This data includes IP addresses or device identifiers, data from cookies and locations, correspondence.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

Newsletter. If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address via the newsletter subscription form. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.

The data provided to us during newsletter subscription is used to send you the newsletter, and the legal basis for its processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) expressed when subscribing to the newsletter.

The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter's operation, unless you unsubscribe earlier, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database.

You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request its deletion by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Email contact. By contacting us via email, including by sending an inquiry through the contact form, you provide us with your email address as the sender's address. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the message content. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to establish contact.

Your data in this case is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after the contact ends is a legitimate interest in the form of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

Recipients of data

Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e., entities whose services we use in data processing and in providing services to you or fulfilling orders in the online store, including in particular:

a) our employees and collaborators who must have access to the data to be able to fulfill our obligations or actions on your behalf;

b) entities processing your personal data on our behalf and participating in the performance of our activities:

– for the purpose of storing personal data on the server;

– for the purpose of using the mailing system in which your data is processed, if you have subscribed to the newsletter;

– for the purpose of using IT support, website management, in connection with which the entity providing support may have access to your personal data collected within the service or website;

– for the purpose of providing advisory, audit, legal, tax, accounting services.

Rights

The GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

1) the right of access to personal data, under which you may request from us:

a) access to your data, which may concern all your data or selected data that you indicate to us;

b) information about your personal data, including information: whether we process your personal data, what your data we process, for what purpose we process your data, to whom we transfer your personal data (by indicating at least the category of entities to whom we transfer your data), for what period we will process your data, and if it is impossible to specify this period, you may request us to provide criteria for its determination, what rights you have in connection with our processing of your personal data, what rights you have under the right to: rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of personal data, objection, lodging a complaint with the personal data protection authority, from what source we have your data, if you have not provided it yourself, whether we make decisions about you in an automated manner, including applying so-called profiling, on what principles, and what significance and consequences this has for you, whether we transfer your data to a third country or international organizations, and if so, what safeguards are applied in connection with this transfer;

c) transfer of a copy of your personal data in the format of your choice;

2) the right to rectification of personal data if it is inaccurate and the right to complete incomplete data, under which you may request us to correct errors, defects, misleading information in your data, e.g. an incorrect surname or a new address of residence, in case of change or a surname changed due to marriage;

3) the right to erasure of personal data (the right to be forgotten), under which you may request:

a) the erasure of your personal data by us;

b) that we inform other controllers to whom we have disclosed your data, which we are obliged to erase, about the need to remove links to these data, their copies or replication;

if any of the following situations occur:

- Your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we obtained it from you;

- you withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data and at the same time we cannot process it on another legal basis;

- you object, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data in the so-called legitimate interests pursued by us and there will be no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;

- you object to the processing of your personal data in advertising campaigns or other marketing activities;

- it turns out that we process your data unlawfully, e.g. without your consent when it is necessary;

- data deletion is necessary to comply with a legal obligation provided for in European Union law or the law of the Republic of Poland;

- we collected data from a child in connection with the offering of information society services;

4) the right to restriction of personal data processing, which you may exercise in one of the following cases:

a) if you contest the accuracy of your personal data in our possession - then you may request restriction of processing, e.g., by ceasing processing for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of your data;

b) if the processing of your data is unlawful, e.g., we have not obtained your consent, and you object to the erasure of your data by us, requesting instead the restriction of its use;

c) if we no longer need your data for processing purposes, but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

d) if you have lodged an objection, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of data for purposes resulting from our so-called legitimate interests - then you may request us to restrict processing until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection;

5) the right to object to the processing of personal data regarding:

a) our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, i.e., for advertising campaigns and other marketing activities, including so-called profiling (e.g., if you do not wish to receive offers or advertisements for our products, in which case, upon receipt of such objection, we should cease processing your data for marketing purposes);

b) our processing of your personal data for purposes resulting from our so-called legitimate interest, other than marketing, for reasons related to your particular situation, in which case if you lodge such an objection with us, we will no longer be able to process your personal data, unless we demonstrate the existence of: compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

6) the right to data portability of data processed by us automatically based on consent or agreement;

7) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.

The rules related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 – 21 of the GDPR. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these provisions. On our part, we deem it necessary to explain to you that the rights indicated above are not absolute and will not be available to you in relation to all processing activities of your personal data.

Furthermore, if you consider that we have committed a violation of personal data protection regulations in processing your personal data, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Like almost all service providers, when you visit our website or use our offers, we use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies.

Cookies (so-called "cookies"): these are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end device of the user of the www.angell.pl website, intended for using the websites of www.angell.pl. These files usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number used to identify the browser from which the connection to the website is made.

Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We carry out these activities based on our legitimate interest, which consists of creating statistics and analyzing them to optimize our websites.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our site. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there.

Due to the IP anonymization activated by us, your IP address is truncated before further transfer. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and then truncated there.

Due to the fact that Google LLC is based in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations. Under the agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has stated an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

Social plugins

Additionally, our website uses plugins and other social tools provided by social media services such as Facebook, Instagram.

By displaying our website, which contains such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of social media administrators (service providers). The content of the plugin is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our page, even if you do not have a profile with the respective service provider or are not currently logged in with them. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the respective service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.

If you have logged in to one of the social media services, this service provider will be able to directly associate your visit to our website with your profile in that social media service.

The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by service providers, as well as contact possibilities and your rights in this regard and the possibility to make settings ensuring the protection of your privacy, are described in the privacy policy of the individual service providers.

If you do not want social media services to associate data collected during your visit to our website directly with your profile on a given service, you must log out of that service before visiting our site. You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the page by using appropriate browser extensions, e.g., script blocking.
