Terms and Conditions of the "-50% on the second item" Promotion

Valid in brick-and-mortar stores and online stores from 14.11-30.11.2025.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Organizer – ANGELL Michał Kazimierczak, with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Nad Wierzbakiem 12/2, 60-612 Poznań, NIP: 6182032261. Telephone contact with the Organizer can be made at: +48 696-696-658;

1.2. Sales outlet – an ANGELL brick-and-mortar store located in the Republic of Poland, where the Organizer conducts retail sales, ul.F. Ratajczaka 45, 61-728 Poznań

1.3. Online store – an online store run by the Organizer at www.angell.pl

1.4 Promotional Campaign – a sales offer of Goods prepared by the Organizer under the terms specified in the Regulations, conducted under the slogan "Second Item -50%",

2. "SECOND PRODUCT -50%" PROMOTION, applies to the purchase of 2 non-discounted products from the category indicated in the promotion name, where the price of the cheapest product is reduced by 50%. The promotion will be automatically applied in the basket after adding the required number of products. The promotion also applies to multiple purchases, i.e., when buying 2, 4, 6, etc. products, and the cheapest product from the "pair" is always discounted.

2.1. The promotion includes even packages of products (2, 4 or 6 items). If the Customer buys an odd number of items, e.g. 3 - then 1 item is subject to the discount, etc.

2.2. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes.

2.3. The promotion does not apply to the HAND MADE category, discounted products, products marked as NEW ARRIVALS, and the purchase of gift cards.

2.4. The discount consists in the Participant purchasing a Pair of Goods within one transaction paying 100% of the gross price of the more expensive Good (or a Good at the same price) and 50% of the gross price of the cheaper Good (or a Good at the same price).

2.5. Within one transaction (on one receipt), the Participant may purchase and pair any number of Goods, with the exception of Wholesale Purchases.

2.6. When purchasing Goods in the Online Store, the Discount is applied automatically, provided that the purchased Goods meet the conditions for inclusion in the Promotional Campaign under the terms provided in the Regulations.

3. RETURN OF GOODS

In the event of a return of the entire package of products participating in the promotion (product at regular price + product with a -50% discount) or only the product at the promotional price (i.e. with a -50% discount), the Customer will receive a refund of the amount they paid for these products at the time of the transaction. In the event of a return of only the product initiating the promotion (product at regular price), the refund value for this product will be reduced by the amount of the discount obtained on the second, promotional – kept by the Customer – product.
