Contest Rules: Win a shopping voucher for ANGELL I CHABUR store.
General Provisions
1. The contest is organized by ANGELL and CHABUR.
2. The prize sponsor is the Organizer.
3. The contest is not created, administered, or sponsored by Instagram. Instagram is a trademark registered by Instagram, Inc.
4. The contest is conducted on the websites https://www.instagram.com/angelika_kazimierczak/ and https://www.instagram.com/chaburbielizna/
Terms of Participation
5. The contest is open to adults, meaning participants must be at least 18 years old.
6. A condition for participation in the contest is having a verified Instagram account.
7. The contest runs from June 22, 2023, to July 6, 2023, until 11:59 PM.
8. The results will be announced on July 7, 2023, via the FanPage.
9. The Organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the website or application by Instagram.
Contest Task
10. Rules for the contest task (Tasks to complete to participate in the contest):
10.1. Follow the profiles https://www.instagram.com/chaburbielizna/; https://www.instagram.com/angelika_kazimierczak/; https://www.instagram.com/angell.pl/; https://www.instagram.com/anna.annarubach/
10.2. Like the contest post and share it on your Instagram profile.
10.3. Tag at least 3 people in the comments under the photo, inviting them to the contest.
10.4. Write what kind of lingerie you choose for everyday wear: bold and extravagant or subtle and delicate.
11. One winner will be chosen in the contest.
12. The Organizer's employees will select the participant who has met all the contest rules and document their choice.
13. Contest winners will be notified of their win and the prize collection conditions via a message sent on Instagram.
Prize
14. The prizes in the contest are:
1. A voucher worth PLN 150 for shopping at www.angell.pl
2. A voucher worth PLN 150 for shopping at www.chabur.pl
15. a. The voucher cannot be combined with other current promotions in the ANGELL.PL store.
15. b. The voucher cannot be combined with other current CHABUR promotions.
16. The prize can be redeemed in-store at the boutique in Stary Browar (ANGELL) and at the Chabur brick-and-mortar store or online.
17. The prize must be redeemed no later than August 31, 2023. After this date, the prizes will expire.
18. The Organizer may publish the Winner's data on the Fanpage.
19. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize due to reasons attributable to the Participant. In such a case, the prize will be forfeited.
20. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided during registration, in particular for changes to personal data that prevent the location of the Participant to whom the prize was awarded.
21. In cases of detecting actions inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unauthorized manner, in particular by creating fictitious private profiles on Facebook, the Participant may be excluded from the Contest.
Complaints
1. All complaints regarding the conduct of the Contest should be submitted in writing by Participants during the Contest, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of prize issuance.
2. A complaint submitted after the specified deadline will not have legal effect.
3. A written complaint should include the Participant's name, surname, exact address, and a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organizer's address with the note "Instagram Contest."
4. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.
Final Provisions
1. Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions.
2. Disputes relating to and arising from the Contest will be resolved by the common court having local jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest rules during its duration. Information about changes will be posted on the Fanpage.
