Do you deliver shipments abroad?

Yes, but only to countries from European Union.

The courier came with the parcel, but I was not at home. What should I do?

The courier should re-deliver to the indicated address twice. This option is guaranteed in the service we send our shipments. Of course, this does not involve any additional fees for the recipient.

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

Couriers do not have to contact the consignee before delivery, which is why we cannot guarantee it. In fact, it is an individual matter of every freight forwarder, but from experience we can say that the courier usually rings the recipient before delivery (usually in the morning).

Can I receive a package on Saturday?

Delivery of orders is carried out only on business days.

How can I get free delivery from the current promotion?

Free delivery is available for every order over PLN 350.

Will I receive an invoice to order?

Of course. The system automatically generates an invoice for each order. To download the invoice go to:

Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Traditional transfer
- PAYU online payment
- Paypal payment

What time can I contact the Customer Service Office?

The Customer Service Office is available on business days, from Monday to Friday, between 10.00 - 17.00.

Do I have to register to place an order?

It is possible to order without registration.
However, we encourage you to register your account to gain access to: Customer panel, history and details of all orders, discount coupons and additional amenities.

I already have an account in the store, but I cannot log in. What to do?

One of the most common reasons for this situation is incorrectly entered login (e-mail address) or password to the store account. You can also use the account password reminder feature. If you still cannot log in - please contact us at: kontakt@angell.pl for sure.  

Will I receive a tracking number after placing an order?

Yes, this number will be sent in a separate email confirming the sending of items from the warehouse.

RETURNS

WHow can I return products online?

How is the money returned in the event of a refund or complaint of the item and when will I receive the money?

The money will be returned within 14 days to the customer's account provided in the refund or complaint form. If the payment was made using a payment card, the refund will be made on the same card. After the return or complaint procedure has been completed successfully, the ANGELL team sends an email notification of the change of order status to 'return'.
